SC/ ST Caste Certificate Documents

• Aadhaar number, if it is not available, for identity proof, PAN or passport or driving license or voter card will have to be submitted.

• Marriage proof for married women.

• Application letter

• Present address proof such as voter card, water bill, electricity bill, telephone bill etc.

• SC / ST certificate copy of blood relative from father, brother, sister or paternal side.

• School certificate or birth certificate or passport for date of birth proof.

OBC Caste Certificate Documents

• Two attestations by MP/MLA/Councilor/Gazetted Officers declaring the applicant's caste and continuous stay in Delhi since 1993.

• SC/ ST certificate copy of blood relative from father, brother, sister or paternal side.

• Family Income Proof like- Income Slip / Form-16 / ITR etc.

Delhi Identity Certificate Qualification

• Delhi certificate requires that you are a resident of Delhi.

• Only persons falling in the SC / ST / Other Backward Classes (OBC SC / ST / OBC) category can get this certificate made.

• Other Backward Classes (OBC) people living in Delhi since 1993 can get Caste Certificate made.
